Cancellation Policy

Understanding our cancellation guidelines ensures a smooth planning process for your upcoming travels, special events, or celebrations.

01. Airport Transportation & Point-to-Point Transfers

Standard airport transportation transfers (including commutes to and from Sea-Tac Airport) and point-to-point private car services must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are completely non-refundable and will be billed at the full reservation amount.

02. Limousines, Party Buses & Hourly Charters

Specialty fleet vehicles—including our Classic Stretch Limos, Luxury SUV Limos, Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, and Coach Buses—as well as any hourly-based charter services require a significant logistics commitment. These reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled reservation date are entirely non-refundable.

03. Passenger No-Shows

If a passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup location and fails to establish contact with our office dispatch or chauffeur within the standard included grace period, the ride will be formally classified as a No-Show. In these instances, the reservation is non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.

04. Booking Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to modify your pickup date, shift times, upgrade vehicles, or alter your itinerary are subject strictly to real-time fleet availability. While we make every effort to accommodate changes seamlessly, adjusting your booking details near your service window may result in additional operational fees.

05. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is formally approved by our administrative team, it will be automatically issued back to the original credit card or payment method used during booking. Please note that standard banking processing times apply, and funds typically take 3 to 7 business days to clear on your statement.

06. Special Events, Weddings & Peak Dates

High-demand seasonal dates—including local Proms, Homecomings, major Seattle concerts, sporting events, and peak wedding weekends—may carry custom, highly strict, or completely non-refundable cancellation criteria. Any unique terms overriding this general policy will be clearly communicated and noted on your invoice at the time of booking.

By finalizing your luxury vehicle reservation with Maple Valley Limos & Car Service, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to follow this Cancellation Policy.
